Job Description
We're hiring an IT Support Engineer II to support end users, maintain workplace technology, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and improve IT operations through automation. This is an onsite opportunity in New York, NY with a growing health tech organization that values innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Support and troubleshoot conference room A/V technology
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking
• Support MDM platforms (Jamf or similar)
• Build and maintain IT automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Okta Workflows
• Provide high-touch support to executives and internal employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Document processes and improve support operations

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of IT support, help desk, or IT operations experience
• Strong A/V and conference room technology experience
• Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions
• Knowledge of Okta or other identity management platforms
• Experience with automation tools and workflow creation
• Strong MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android support skills
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Jira/Atlassian tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Jamf certifications
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience in hybrid or multi-office environments
• ITIL or service management knowledge
