Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technology Services Lead for a top enterprise infrastructure client. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating vulnerability remediation efforts and managing technology lifecycle initiatives across a diverse infrastructure portfolio, including databases, IAM, middleware, messaging, and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in security remediation processes, risk prioritization, and compliance tracking, along with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. This is a highly visible role focused on ensuring infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Day-to-Day:
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation activities across infrastructure platforms
• Track compliance metrics across databases, IAM, middleware, messaging, and AI infrastructure
• Identify gaps and drive remediation plans when metrics fall out of compliance
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure timely patching and fixes
• Manage EOS/EOL technology tracking, upgrades, and decommissioning efforts
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk scoring and CVE impact
• Develop and present go-to-green plans to senior leadership
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Collaborate within a team of peers across core technology infrastructure
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with infrastructure platforms:
o Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
o Identity & Access Management (IAM)
o Middleware and messaging systems
o AI/compute infrastructure
• Proven experience in vulnerability management and remediation
• Knowledge of security patching processes and remediation workflows
• Understanding of CVEs, risk scoring, and prioritization frameworks
• Experience with technology lifecycle management:
o End-of-support (EOS) and end-of-life (EOL) tracking
o Upgrade and decommission planning
• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to track and manage compliance metrics and drive remediation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
• Accountability and ownership mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in large enterprise infrastructure environments
• Exposure to AI infrastructure or modern compute platforms
• Familiarity with risk/compliance reporting tools and dashboards
• Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, etc.)
• Prior experience driving “go-to-green” remediation initiatives
