Job Description

This role involves designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio across development, testing, and production environments. The individual will integrate these agents with enterprise systems leveraging Azure and the Agent 365 connector library, while supporting end-to-end delivery from initial design through production deployment, including testing, UAT, and defect remediation. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards, and will be responsible for creating thorough documentation such as design summaries, test results, and operational runbooks. Additionally, the role includes participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and bi-weekly sprint reviews, as well as providing technical guidance and enablement to internal teams on Copilot Studio best practices and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional software development or AI/ML engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI
systems and agents
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio in enterprise environments
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure and enterprise system integration
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance
frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• Prompt engineering and AI safety practices
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Familiarity with GRC and SIEM systems
• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Cost optimization and token usage management for LLM systems
