Job Description
A large healthcare provider in Phialdelphia, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Manager to support oncology clinical trials and research initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of clinical trial data by abstracting information from patient medical records and entering it into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and research databases such as Medidata Rave and Epic.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in clinical research data management, and comfortable navigating complex medical records and oncology-related documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols, medical terminology, and regulatory data standards to ensure high-quality data collection and reporting throughout the lifecycle of a clinical study.

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a Clinical Research Data Manager, Clinical Data Coordinator, or similar clinical research role (oncology experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms such as Medidata Rave, Veeva, REDCap, or similar systems
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to interpret and abstract data from patient charts and clinical documentation
Experience working within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferably Epic
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines in a fast-paced research environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate's degree (Bachelors preferred)
