Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HVAC Operations Engineer to join a leading semiconductor client in Taylor, TX. The Facilities Operations Engineer designs, implements, and owns processes that make our day-to-day plant operations more efficient, reliable, and aligned with the World’s Best Operation vision.

Required Skills & Experience

● Education: B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field
● Experience: 3+ years in facilities operations (manufacturing environment preferred)
● Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
● Familiarity with DOE and FMEA methodologies
● Exposure to Lean or Six-Sigma

Lean or six-sigma certification
