We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support a Global Financial Crimes team. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA/testing teams, ensuring successful production implementations through strong documentation, coordination, and process management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at driving initiatives across multiple teams while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

Responsibilities
Coordinate production implementation activities across business, development, and testing teams.
Create, maintain, and manage implementation documentation, checklists, process flows, and operational procedures.
Ensure all required stakeholders are engaged and aligned throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between business units, developers, QA teams, and operational partners.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process changes.
Track implementation readiness and ensure all deployment prerequisites are completed.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for requirements management, story creation, documentation, and project tracking.
Support testing efforts, defect tracking, and validation activities as needed.
Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
Drive process improvements and help establish best practices for implementation governance and execution.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
Strong hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience creating detailed documentation, process flows, implementation plans, and operational checklists.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC and production implementation processes.
Experience with Jira and Confluence, including user story creation and requirements documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Risk, Compliance, AML, KYC, Fraud, or Global Financial Crimes environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.

Documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Stakeholders remain aligned and informed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Development, QA, and business teams have clear direction and accountability.
