Job Description
Own the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery priorities for a user-facing healthcare application. Partner closely with business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, UX/UI teams, and developers to gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and releases. Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between the front-end application, backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities while continuously improving the product based on user feedback and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Product Manager, Product Owner, or related experience delivering software products
Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience
Experience with web-based or user-facing applications
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and product requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or health-tech experience
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or AI-driven use cases
Experience partnering with UX/UI teams on front-end applications
Knowledge of APIs, backend integrations, and data-driven applications
Familiarity with EHR/EMR, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, or healthcare interoperability
CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or related certifications
