Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist to support the strategic implementation of a new Portfolio Management application. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio domain expertise, product ownership, and hands-on business analysis, with a growing focus on AI-enabled workflows and tools.
This individual will help define and execute the rollout of a Portfolio Management platform, while also leveraging (or learning) AI-driven capabilities to improve decision-making, efficiency, and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Portfolio Management domain knowledge (most critical requirement)
Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
Hands-on experience supporting system implementations or transformations
Strong analytical, data, and process improvement capabilities
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex concepts clearly
Proven ability to work in matrixed environments and drive alignment across teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to or interest in AI / GenAI tools and applications (not limited to banking AI)
Experience incorporating AI into workflows, product features, or analysis
Background working with AI Labs, innovation teams, or emerging technologies
CFA or financial services background
