Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Data Analyst to serve as the liaison between Risk Adjustment business operations and technical teams by translating regulatory, operational, and analytical requirements into scalable data solutions. You will support end to end Risk Adjustment workflows through business analysis, data validation, and modern analytics using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Risk Adjustment for the healthcare insurance industry
• Risk Adjustment domain knowledge — Understanding of HCC models (CMS HCC, RxHCC, HHS HCC), RAF scoring, encounter submission workflows, and audit requirements.
• Snowflake proficiency — Ability to query, validate, and analyze data using Snowflake SQL; familiarity with Tasks, Streams, and Snowpark.
• Python for analytics — Experience with data wrangling, automation, and validation using Python
• Healthcare data fluency — Claims, encounters, enrollment, provider files, chart review outputs, and coding datasets.
• Business analysis fundamentals — Requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Data quality & compliance — Understanding of CMS submission rules, error codes, return files, and audit documentation.
