Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise inventory reconciliation and financial process improvement initiative. The consultant will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Distribution, and General Ledger teams to resolve long-standing inventory and accounting discrepancies, establish sustainable business processes, and implement governance controls.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading complex finance and operational transformation projects involving process analysis, reconciliation efforts, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change management.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years leading large-scale business transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of: Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, Purchasing / Procurement, General Ledger processes
Experience leading inventory reconciliation or financial remediation programs.
Proven success managing highly complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive accountability across business units.
Experience working with executive sponsors and senior leadership teams.
Business Analysis Skills: Current-state/future-state process mapping, Root cause analysis, Process redesign and optimization, Governance and controls development, KPI and operational metrics creation.
Change Management Skills: Experience implementing organizational process changes, Training development and adoption planning, Executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday Finance.
• Experience leading inventory control or supply chain transformation projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement certification.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with financial audits, reconciliations, or accounting controls.
