Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project within a hospital and clinic environment. This role serves as a key onsite IT resource, providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and applications while ensuring a seamless upgrade experience for end users.
Project & Deployment Support
Assist with Windows 11 deployment, system upgrades, and application rollouts
Perform device imaging, installations, upgrades, and configuration
Support hardware lifecycle efforts including replacements and refreshes
Technical Support
Provide Tier I & Tier II support for incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
Perform break/fix support across desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Required Skills & Experience
Experience providing desktop or IT support in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, hardware, and applications
Familiarity with IT service management tools (ticketing systems, asset tracking)
Ability to follow standardized processes and documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience supporting healthcare environments (hospital/clinical settings)
Experience with large-scale OS deployments (Windows 10 → Windows 11)
Exposure to working with cross-functional IT teams and escalations
