Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work in a hybrid role that will partially be onsite at our client's facility in either Houston (Spring), Texas or Austin, Texas. This position will driving one of this client's software products through the FedRAMP certification process.

Responsibilities include:

Program Leadership & Planning:
• Develop, maintain, and drive execution of an integrated FedRAMP program plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking
• Coordinate multiple concurrent FedRAMP workstreams across security, infrastructure, application, operations, and compliance teams
• Coordinate SOW delivery with third-party partners (Coalfire, Amazon)

Cross Functional Coordination:
• Act as the central point of coordination across internal HP stakeholders and external partners
• Facilitate working sessions, readiness reviews, and issue resolution forums to ensure alignment and timely execution
FedRAMP Execution Support
• Track progress against FedRAMP authorization requirements as applicable
• Coordinate development and readiness of required artifacts
• Support audit and assessment readiness activities

Reporting & Communication
• Provide regular program status updates summarizing progress, risks, dependencies, and decision needs
• Prepare executive ready summaries for leadership reviews and governance forums

Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave as required by the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in a Program Management role with demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional program management initiatives, preferably in cloud, security, or enterprise software environments

Experience leading software products through the FedRAMP certification process with working knowledge of FedRAMP frameworks, authorization processes, and compliance requirements, including familiarity with Moderate and/or High baselines

Proven ability to manage programs involving multiple stakeholders across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and operations teams

Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, concise program updates and executive-level summaries

Hands-on experience supporting or driving FedRAMP authorization efforts, audit readiness, or similar regulatory compliance programs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Experience working with cloud platforms and SaaS environments in regulated or public sector contexts

Strong program ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining momentum

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving program environments

High attention to detail combined with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

Collaborative working style, with the ability to influence without direct authority across diverse teams
