Job Description
Performs direct field labor work under guidance from Team Leaders and Managers Service project delivery work includes specialized knowledge in diagnostic and repair. Involves inspection and testing of sprinkler systems, advanced repair and maintenance, safety and compliance, documentation and reporting, and customer communication and coordination. Includes O&M field labor support when necessary. University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service, with strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
Must have the ability to work alone.
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc. in order to diagnose and repair equipment – Preferred NICET Certification, Backflow Certification and Fire Pump Experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in Fire Sprinkler Industry doing service and repair to sprinkler and suppression systems
- They would need the industry - pipes, Pannels - pipe fitter - refinery - biggest they do is 8 inch pipes - plumbers -
• Able to perform Service work on all water based fire protection systems
• Have a valid driver's licenses
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• NICET certification
• Backflow certification
• Fire pump experience
• Commercial building experience
Confined space attendant certification
