Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to support daily delivery operations and warehouse activities within a wholesale HVAC distribution environment. This role is responsible for safely transporting HVAC equipment and materials to customers, vendors, and branch locations while providing exceptional customer service. When not performing deliveries, the Driver Warehouse Associate will assist with warehouse operations, inventory handling, and material movement.

Required Skills & Experience

- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience.
- Box truck delivery experience.
- Valid CDL license required.
- Valid DOT medical certification required prior to employment.
- Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license if driving is an essential function of the role.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English to comply with safety standards, training requirements, policies, and procedures; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

- Warehouse experience.
