Insight Global is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support one of our local government clients. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform, overseeing the governance, administration, security, automation, and ongoing support of the organization's Power Platform environment in support of AI initiatives and CRM cloud migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Platform architecture, licensing, environment management, security controls, and operational best practices, enabling business teams to leverage automation and platform services effectively. In addition, this role will support a large-scale enterprise application and infrastructure environment, including Windows and Linux servers, Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID, and other cloud-based technologies, helping ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of critical systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• Power Platform Administration and platform governance.
• Implementation and enforcement of security best practices.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy management and governance.
• Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit implementation and administration.
• Design, development, and support of Power Platform automations and workflows.
• Environment architecture, design, and lifecycle management.
• Environment Group strategy and governance.
• Platform operational support, including evaluating and implementing new features, updates, and service changes.
• Power Platform licensing models and administration.
• DevOps practices, including creating and supporting deployment pipelines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Microsoft Dataverse administration and design.
• Microsoft Dynamics / CRM platforms.
• Copilot Studio implementation or administration.
• Microsoft AI Foundry and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.
