Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a growing team supporting a globally recognized entertainment and digital product ecosystem with a large, highly engaged user base across multiple platforms. As the portfolio continues to expand across products, media, and experiences, so do the ways customers interact with the brand.
The Lifecycle Marketing team is responsible for delivering impactful messaging across owned marketing channels, including email, push, in-app, and other digital touchpoints. Campaigns span promotions, compliance, events, product education, first-time user experiences, re-engagement, and more.
Description
Partner with product marketing to define requirements for major promotional campaigns
Design and map end-to-end customer journeys across channels
Analyze campaign performance and summarize insights
Lead weekly business updates for cross-functional stakeholders
Manage campaign execution through centralized tracking systems
Align messaging consistency across multiple channels and campaigns
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing insights
Partner with data teams to develop testing strategies and experimentation plans
Generate hypotheses and experiments to improve engagement and performance
Communicate status and progress to campaign stakeholders
Capture insights from customer research, testing, and experiments
Contribute as a subject matter expert in planning and brainstorming sessions
Review and provide feedback on creative assets and messaging
You’ll partner closely with a diverse team of marketers, engineers, data scientists, creatives, and product leaders to drive day-to-day campaign operations at scale. Your work will help inform messaging strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement across a global audience.
Responsibilities
Lead weekly lifecycle marketing business updates
Manage campaign execution and tracking through a centralized system
Drive multiple concurrent, global, cross-channel marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign performance via dashboards and deliver actionable insights
Present campaign performance with recommendations to improve KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute campaign requirements
Guide stakeholders through campaign processes, ensuring expectations are met
Build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence campaign strategy
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in campaign delivery and coordination
Apply testing and data insights to optimize performance
Establish and maintain campaign best practices and standards
Manage campaign and experimentation backlogs

Required Skills & Experience
Experience leading marketing campaigns in a collaborative environment
Experience managing large-scale, customer-facing communications
Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and performance measurement
Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of customer journeys, engagement, and retention strategies
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
English language fluency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in gaming, digital media, or a related entertainment industry
Background in marketing or analytics within a technology-driven environment
Experience with tools such as Braze, Salesforce, or similar campaign platforms
Passion for digital products or interactive experiences
