Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a is looking for a Product Manager who can bridge emerging technology and customer experience, translating RFID and computer vision capabilities into a seamless, consumer-facing product. This is a zero-to-one new product to explore. The ideal candidates have experience building and launching new ML and CV products. This project is technical, and a collection of edge case failures we need to solve for the member. Candidates should have experience with machine learning models with some proven outcomes delivering on those types of products (less interested in large language model/ChatGPT/chat bot types of products).

Required Skills & Experience
5+ Years in product management
• Product Management experience driving end-to-end product delivery
• Strong ability to define requirements, prioritize work, and own product vision
• Experience with consumer-facing mobile products or digital customer experiences
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/Design, and Research teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Outcome-oriented mindset with experience tying initiatives to KPIs and business goals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Technical Background
• Exposure to RFID, Computer Vision, IoT, sensor-based technologies, or similar systems
• Ability to understand technical constraints and translate them into product decisions
• Experience working with products that blend physical and digital experiences
• Familiarity with latency, accuracy, signal processing, or data-driven user experiences
UX & Customer Experience Focus
• Experience defining intuitive customer workflows and user journeys
• Ability to balance technical limitations with customer expectations
• Background partnering with UX researchers and designers to validate product concepts
• Experience improving consumer trust, engagement, and adoption through thoughtful product design
Ideal Industry Experience
• Retail technology (highly preferred)
• Scan & Go, self-checkout, computer vision, or RFID-enabled experiences
• Other relevant industries include:
○ Airlines (baggage tracking)
○ Automotive
○ Logistics / inventory tracking
Any product that blends physical actions with a digital experience
