Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Central Funds Technology team supporting a global Capital Markets function. The team is distributed across Toronto, London, New York, and Asia, and is responsible for driving trading and collateral-related initiatives across the organization. This is a backfill for a critical role and the team needs someone who can ramp quickly and contribute across both project delivery and production support.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience within Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of trade flow and end-to-end transaction lifecycle
• Experience with repo, securities lending, or collateral management
• Knowledge of both front office and back office trading platforms and processes
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., note-taking automation, QA/testing augmentation)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with trading platforms such as Apex (FIS) or EquiLend Spire
• Exposure to securities financing or collateral optimization systems
