Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking an MES Engineer with experience supporting and configuring Rockwell MES solutions in a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for developing and optimizing MES recipes, supporting system deployments, troubleshooting production issues, and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and maintain MES recipes within the Rockwell MES platform.
• Optimize MES recipes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and system performance.
• Support MES deployments, including testing, validation, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure MES solutions align with manufacturing requirements.
• Provide ongoing production support and resolve MES-related issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain system documentation and support validation/compliance efforts.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing execution systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell MES.
• Experience developing MES recipes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, batch operations, and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in regulated industries such as:
○ Pharmaceutical
○ Biotechnology
○ Food & Beverage
○ Medical Device Manufacturing
• Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GMP requirements.
• Exposure to Rockwell automation technologies, including PLC and SCADA systems.
