Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Model N Validata and managed care contracting to support a high-profile initiative through January 2027. This individual will act as a liaison between business users and the project team, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping drive project success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative approach, professional presence, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The role is primarily remote with limited travel requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Model N Validata (required)
- Experience supporting managed care contracting processes
- Proven Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and supporting business users
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor between business and project teams
- Comfortable leading discussions, answering user questions, and providing guidance on processes and system functionality
- Must be able to work Eastern Time hours
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments
- Strong professional presence with a consultative, client-facing personality
