Overview
Insight Global is seeking an Outlet Program Specialist to help manage day-to-day operations, triage store issues, and coordinate cross-functional communication. This is an administrator-style, operations-heavy role focused on quick turn timelines, problem solving, and cross-functional facilitation as well as outlet-specific nuances such as pricing, sell-through, and inventory flow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business-as-usual tasks across multiple outlet stores
- Respond to store escalations, inventory flow issues, and product timing problems
- Bring together logistics, product, and store teams to facilitate communications and solutioning
- Maintain communications channels for store feedback and questions
- Pull reports, coordinate scheduling with multiple departments, and manage follow-ups
- Assist with ongoing outlet initiatives and projects across the fleet
- Peak season support

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in retail store floors or in retail corporate office
- Technical Proficiency in Excel/Power BI/Sharepoint
- Experience in fast-paced, ad-hoc, shifting priority environments
- Strong written communication skills

- Previous experience with retail outlets
