Position Summary
Vestis is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support the administration, processing, and management of customer and vendor contracts. This role will ensure contract accuracy, maintain contract records, and collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review, process, and maintain customer and vendor contracts.
Track contract statuses, renewals, amendments, and expirations.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve contract-related issues.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in company systems.
Generate reports and provide contract data as needed.
Support audits and contract compliance activities
PAY RATE $25-35/HR

High School Diploma
SalesForce Experience
