Insight Global is seeking an HR Business Partner for a leading global organization. This individual will act as a strategic HR partner while managing the full employee lifecycle across UK and European populations. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR Generalist who can work independently, coach leaders through performance and employee relations matters, and provide expert guidance on UK and EU employment practices. This role offers the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective, assess and improve existing HR processes, and collaborate with global teams to drive positive employee experiences and business outcomes. Candidates with strong employment law expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple regions will be highly successful in this position.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of UK and EU employment law
- Ability to work autonomously and provide strategic HR guidance to leadership
- Work in compliance with UK and Netherlands employment laws
- Experience independently managing onboarding, orientation, and absence management processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Workday HRIS experience
- Experience supporting global or multinational teams
- Experience driving HR initiatives across multiple geographies
