Remote Healthcare Product Owner

This Product Owner will partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize work, and ensure successful sprint execution. This role requires strong technical acumen, expertise in Agile product delivery, and the ability to lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary Product Owner for a critical provider contract management platform initiative.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including story creation, grooming, refinement, and prioritization.
• Lead sprint planning activities and support Agile delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, define technical intent, and remove delivery blockers.
• Drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery readiness.
• Document requirements, workflows, user stories, and product decisions using Jira & Confluence
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs, refinements, and sprint execution.
• Understands processes around API
• Experience working closely alongside software engineering teams to deliver technical products.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and deliverables.
