Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Production Supervisor to join a growing advanced manufacturing organization. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of production associates on either days or overnight shift while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are consistently achieved. The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership, coach and develop employees, manage daily production activities, troubleshoot process issues, and partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement efforts. This person will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process, reducing downtime, supporting root cause investigations, and ensuring all products meet company and customer quality standards. Overnight Supervisor will receive a 16% Shift Differential.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Ability to work overnight (12-hour production shifts)
Experience leading, coaching, and developing production teams
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and production processes
Experience conducting performance reviews, corrective actions, and employee development initiatives
Ability to identify production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
