$18 - $22 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Supports the legal analyst team with finalizing agreements after negotiations are complete
Key responsibilities:
Review agreements for formatting, completeness, and accuracy
Clean up documents in Microsoft Word (advanced formatting required)
Circulate agreements for internal/external review and execution
Track progress across multiple review steps
Implement edits (often redlined) from attorneys and other teams
Acts as the process owner for agreements → needs to follow up and keep things moving

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of professional working experience ideally coming from a background as a paralegal, executive admin or legal secretary
Strong Microsoft Word / document formatting skills (beyond basic — styles, tables, cleanup)
Understanding how contracts should look
Excellent organization + time management
Highly detail-oriented
Proactive (won’t wait to be told to follow up)
Comfortable communicating and asking questions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Paralegal experience
Administrative / executive admin background
-BUT legal or energy experience is not required
