Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across technology and business teams. This individual will drive complex projects from inception to delivery while managing stakeholders, governance, risks, dependencies, and change.
The ideal candidate has successfully rolled out new technologies across enterprise environments and can effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead medium to large-scale transformation and technology initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and executive communication.
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Deliver measurable business value while ensuring project objectives are achieved.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong project governance experience, including: Risk & Issue Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management (C-level communication), Dependency Management
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments. (ITIL is spelled out)
• Background delivering enterprise technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulatory, or business transformation projects.
• Financial Services experience preferred (Banking backgrounds also considered).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Prosci or ACMP certification.
• Dataphile experience.
Exposure to FinTech platforms and applications.
