Insight Global is looking to hire a Buyer II / Buyer III in Beverly, Ma. This person will manage the procurement of commodities, services, and complex purchases to support program objectives. They will process purchase requisitions, develop and issue purchase orders, negotiate pricing and contract terms, conduct cost and price analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and government contracting requirements. The Buyer will work closely with suppliers, operations, quality, and program teams to resolve delivery and quality issues, improve supplier performance, identify new sourcing opportunities, and drive cost-saving initiatives. This individual may also support proposal activities, conduct supplier site visits when needed, and provide guidance to junior buyers. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$90,000 for Buyer II and $71,000–$110,000 for Buyer III.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent APICS experience)
6+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
Experience negotiating purchase orders, pricing, terms and conditions, and supplier agreements
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and government contractor purchasing requirements
Experience working within ERP/MRP systems and performing cost/price analysis
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's degree
APICS certification
Experience mentoring or leading junior buyers
Experience conducting supplier onsite visits
Experience supporting proposals and government contract programs
