Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the flow of materials, tools, and supplies for company operations and project sites. This role ensures materials are ordered, received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently to support operational and production needs. The Logistics Coordinator may oversee and direct the work of Inventory Specialists and plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, resolving material issues, and improving inventory-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 40
Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
Understanding of materials used in construction or project-based environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability and willingness to travel as required
Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, bending, crouching, climbing, kneeling, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Track and manage material movements, deliveries, and inventory levels
Maintain accurate records in SAP and other tracking systems
Monitor delivery status and resolve material-related issues
Update material tracking logs, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and inventory records
Support operations within an active construction environment
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding material status and issues
