Insight Global is seeking a Production Team Coordinators/Production Clerks for a top manufacturing client. This individual will serve as a critical link between production floor operations and support functions, ensuring information, inventory data, and production schedules remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will help drive operational efficiency by tracking work orders, coordinating across departments, supporting production reporting, conducting inventory reconciliation, and handling administrative functions that allow production leaders to focus on the manufacturing floor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing environment with strong extension and conversion potential while playing a key role in supporting one of the client's most important production facilities.
Day-to-Day:
• Manage production-related information flow across manufacturing departments
• Track work order status and production schedules
• Communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate between production, planning, inventory, and support teams
• Perform inventory reporting and reconciliation activities
• Conduct audits and prepare production reports
• Handle administrative and logistics tasks supporting manufacturing operations
• Support production supervisors and planners with daily operational needs
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Help maintain efficient manufacturing processes and schedules

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, production planning, inventory management, or administrative support
• Experience tracking inventory, consumption reporting, audits, or production reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulations
• Reliable attendance and work history
• Comfortable working in a tobacco manufacturing environment
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
