Job Description

Overview
Insight Global is seeking two Employee Care Field Coordinators to support large-scale construction projects in the Pecos and Monahans areas. These individuals will play a critical role in supporting HR functions onsite, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance across the project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, field-based HR role suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and are passionate about employee relations and support.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience within the construction industry
• Ability to work onsite in Pecos/Monahans on a daily basis

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Prior experience supporting large-scale construction or industrial projects
