Job Description
We are seeking a Partner Program Manager to support the continued growth of Fiber across a portfolio of wholesale and Joint Venture (JV) partners. This individual will serve as the primary coordination point between product teams, project teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new features and capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized program leader with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving external partners, competing priorities, technical dependencies, and executive-level communications.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Rollout & Feature Adoption
Build and maintain a centralized tracking system that documents feature and capability adoption across wholesale and JV partners.
Identify gaps between available functionality and partner adoption.
Develop and manage rollout plans, timelines, and implementation workbacks across multiple partners.
Coordinate partner priorities while balancing internal and external resource constraints.
Lead recurring partner status meetings, driving accountability and progress toward key milestones.
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependency conflicts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Program & Vendor Management
Act as the program management liaison between product teams and external vendor organizations.
Establish clear communication channels, governance structures, and decision-making processes.
Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and external partner teams.
Consolidate status, action items, decisions, and dependencies into a single source of truth.
Program Governance & Operational Excellence
Maintain program RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Build and manage dependency maps across partner implementations, product feature releases, and vendor deliverables.
Create executive-facing program updates, dashboards, and status reports.
Improve and scale tracking infrastructure using tools such as Asana, SharePoint, Jira, or similar project management platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale implementations involving multiple stakeholder groups, vendors, and external partners.
Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across business and technical teams.
Experience creating project plans, workback schedules, dependency maps, status reporting, and executive communications.
Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments while building scalable processes and program structure.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Telecommunications, broadband, fiber, or connected home industry experience.
Experience supporting partner onboarding, implementation, or go-to-market initiatives.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, software releases, firmware deployments, and platform dependencies.
Experience coordinating software or hardware vendor release cycles.
Advanced experience with Asana, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
