Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Epic Willow Analyst for a leading healthcare client. This candidate will serve as a senior pharmacy technology expert responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Epic Willow solutions across both inpatient and ambulatory environments. The ideal consultant will partner with pharmacy leadership, clinical operations teams, and IT stakeholders to architect and implement new functionality that supports expanding pharmacy programs and patient care initiatives. This position requires a highly technical and consultative professional who can go beyond day-to-day support work, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovative pharmacy workflow solutions within a large, complex healthcare environment. The successful candidate will bring deep Epic Willow expertise, strong pharmacy operations knowledge, and a passion for improving clinical technology through thoughtful design and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years expertise in both Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory
Strong pharmacy IT and medication management workflow knowledge
Experience with system design, build, configuration, testing, and optimization
Ability to lead complex initiatives and provide strategic guidance on pharmacy technology solutions
Strong stakeholder communication across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, and IT
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience working directly for Epic
Experience supporting large health system environments
Background in pharmacy automation, integrations, and advanced Willow functionality
