Job Description
This is a role supporting your existing Android and iOS applications, which are native at the core with newer functionality layered in via React Native. Day to day, this person manages two offshore developers, picks up outstanding work each morning to cover gaps, and works hands-on in the codebase to identify and fix bugs across both platforms. This is maintenance and stability focused work rather than net-new feature development. We're looking for a well-rounded generalist who can operate independently and troubleshoot effectively, rather than a deep specialist in a single platform.

Required Skills & Experience
• Native mobile development experience
• Kotlin (Android)
• React Native (used across both platforms for newer functionality)
• Strong independent problem-solving ability, minimal oversight needed
Comfortable managing/mentoring two offshore developers (1 Android, 1 iOS)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience across both Android and iOS (well-rounded generalist over single-platform specialist)
Prior experience maintaining/troubleshooting legacy codebases
