Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst to join one of the largest oil and gas drilling services companies in Houston, TX. This individual will support the global rollout and implementation of D365 Finance & Operations across the organization's international business units alongside their Systems Integrator partner. They will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to support system configuration, testing, data migration, issue resolution, and business process improvements across core finance functions including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of D365 F&O experience, experience supporting ERP implementations, and a strong understanding of finance processes within complex enterprise environments. This position is onsite at their North Houston office four days per week with remote Fridays, and the pay rate ranges from $60 to $70/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Experience supporting Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle D365 F&O implementation, upgrade, or global rollout
• Strong understanding of finance business processes including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), month end close, and financial reporting
• Experience with system configuration, user support, testing, data migration validation, and issue resolution within D365 F&O
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience working with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders in a large enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting international or multi country D365 F&O implementations
• Experience working alongside a Systems Integrator (SI) partner on ERP implementations
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI enabled capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Oil & Gas industry experience
