Job Description

• Serve as the senior operational lead for assigned Oracle Health/Cerner applications
• Lead application upgrades, optimizations, integrations, and system implementations
• Design and maintain workflows, rules, alerts, and system configurations
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Support interface troubleshooting and data integrity initiatives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and change management processes
• Develop reporting solutions and support data-driven decision-making
• Mentor junior analysts and promote build standards and governance best practices
Participate in on-call support for critical clinical operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Clinical Specialty, or related field
• 5+ years supporting Oracle Health (Cerner) applications in a clinical environment
• Experience with application build, configuration, optimization, and support within Cerner/Oracle Health
• Experience supporting clinical workflows, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements
• Experience with interfaces, interoperability, and integration troubleshooting
• Experience supporting multi-hospital or enterprise healthcare environments
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management experience
Ability to provide Tier 2/3 support and root cause analysis for production issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Experience with laboratory, clinical, or revenue cycle applications
• Experience with Oracle Health reporting and analytics tools
• Experience leading large-scale Cerner upgrades, consolidations, or new facility implementations
Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, CAP, DNV, and other healthcare regulatory standards
