Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an OT Systems Support Specialist to support critical SCADA, AVEVA Historian, and FactoryTalk AssetCentre environments across natural gas pipeline operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and integrity of operational technology (OT) systems that support pipeline monitoring, control, data collection, and industrial automation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain AVEVA Historian, FactoryTalk AssetCentre, SQL Server, and related OT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot historian, SCADA, telemetry, PLC, replication, backup, and connectivity issues impacting pipeline operations.
Ensure reliable operational data collection, historian performance, data quality, tag integrity, and system availability.
Manage PLC backup and recovery processes, controller version control, change management, and configuration tracking.
Support OT cybersecurity standards, user access administration, disaster recovery activities, and system audits.
Partner with Operations, Control Room, Engineering, Reliability, Measurement, and Automation teams to resolve technical issues and support critical pipeline systems.
Maintain industrial communications and connectivity between PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, and automation platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience supporting industrial OT, SCADA, historian, or automation systems.
Experience with AVEVA/Wonderware Historian, FactoryTalk AssetCentre, or similar industrial software platforms.
Knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLCs, SCADA systems, SQL Server, OPC, industrial networking, and Windows Server environments.
Experience with system troubleshooting, backups, disaster recovery, change management, and OT cybersecurity best practices.
Background in pipeline, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments preferred.
