Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Qualys Policy Compliance (QPC) Engineer to support a large ServiceNow implementation at one of our enterprise financial clients. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining compliance controls within the Qualys platform to identify configuration and policy gaps across the environment. This role will work closely with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to translate regulatory and internal policy requirements into actionable technical checks. They will also test and tune controls to ensure accuracy, reduce false positives, and support audit and compliance efforts. This position plays a critical role in feeding compliance findings into ServiceNow workflows for remediation tracking. This position is 5 days onsite / 40 hours per week at one of our client's offices in either Charlotte, DC, Chicago or Denver.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualys in an enterprise environment
Direct experience working within the Qualys Policy Compliance (QPC) module
Experience building and maintaining compliance controls in Qualys (including custom/user-defined controls)
Experience translating security policies, regulatory requirements, or standards into technical compliance checks
Strong understanding of system configuration hardening across Windows and Linux/Unix environments
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory exams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO, or PCI
Experience with authenticated scanning or cloud agent-based compliance tools
Exposure to vulnerability management programs within large enterprise environments
Experience working alongside or integrating with ServiceNow workflows
Previous experience in large financial services or highly regulated environments
