Job Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to Request for Information (RFI) submissions from contractors
• Support internal QA team with inspections and Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs)
• Review turnover documentation
• Identify and resolve technical field issues in collaboration with engineering and contractors
• Support Project Managers with cost control, scheduling, and engineering deliverable tracking
• Assist in development and review of contractor bid packages, scopes, cost estimates, and work plans
• Evaluate contractor change orders and provide recommendations
• Promote safety by identifying unsafe conditions and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure field execution aligns with project specifications and design documents
• Verify compliance with applicable specifications and standards
• Provide data to revise any specifications and standards
• Review and implement relevant codes and regulations
• Conduct constructability reviews and provide lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-10 years of relevant industrial experience (heavy industrial, oil & gas, complex chemical plants)
• Experience reviewing models and design deliverables for technical reviews and constructability
• Experience reviewing and procuring requests within discipline, including generating POs from bids
• Experience working on $200M+ projects, preferably on both owner and contractor side
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
