Remote Trainer (Workday/HR AI)

We are seeking an experienced Workday & HR Technology Trainer to support a large-scale global HR transformation initiative. This role will focus on designing and delivering training programs that drive adoption of Workday modules and related HR AI technologies across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has experience training users on Workday or other HRIS platforms and can translate complex processes into engaging, user-friendly learning experiences. This individual will primarily support ongoing Workday training efforts while also contributing to broader HR technology initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, automation workstreams and Paradox/HiredScore.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training (VILT) to global audiences.
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, process documentation, and learning content.
- Lead train-the-trainer programs to scale organizational enablement.
- Partner with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to support system adoption and change readiness.
- Support Workday and broader HR technology initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

- 5+ years of experience in Workday training or HRIS training.
- Experience supporting Workday modules, enhancements, or large-scale HR technology transformations.
- Expertise delivering virtual training and developing scalable learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to create effective end-user training materials and drive technology adoption.
