Job Description

Day to Day:
As our Salesforce Admin/developer, you play a vital role in the company. This position is central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. You will play a key part in supporting bugs, front line cases, and will help handle on occasion frontline cases across all applications. You will work in sales cloud and service cloud to handle front line cases including but not limited to integrations, Access to timeline, Bulk Upload, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Perform administrator functions such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, and queues, data backup
• Configure Salesforce platform with out of the box capability to configure custom pages & lightning components to enhance user experience in sales, service, and experience cloud. Provide a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and how to leverage the tool to meet complex process, workflow automation and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
• Produce and improve overall documentation related to configuration and deployment of applications. Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, flows, and make an informed decision on which is the best tool to be used.
• Partner with senior admins to identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce
○ Sales and Service cloud
• Experience with SQL/Experience with Salesforce inspector (for data uploads, SQL queries)
• Familiarity w Apex
• MUST be reliable, have to be in office 3 days a week no exceptions.
• Good communication and personality
