Job Description

One of our largest cruise line clients is looking for a Port Operations Financial Reporting Manager responsible for driving financial transparency, accuracy, and discipline across Port Operations and Guest Logistics for multiple cruise brands. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations, owning complex cost and rate modeling, improving forecasting accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. A key focus is standardizing and automating financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. This role is sitting hybrid in Miami, FL.

- Lead complex cost and rate modeling (e.g., port tariffs, manning assumptions) to improve forecast accuracy

- Drive standardization, documentation, and automation across reporting, accruals, and forecasting processes

- Develop and enhance dashboards and cross-brand reporting to improve financial transparency

- Support budgets, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis across Port Operations and Guest Logistics

- Track and model cost optimization initiatives, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance against plan

- Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights

- Support strategic and ad hoc analysis related to itinerary planning, audits, and cost optimization

- Identify process gaps, challenge existing practices, and implement scalable improvements

Pay Range - $50-$55

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in port operations, shipping, logistics, or cruise industry

- Experience in operational finance or FP&A

- Background supporting multi-entity or global operations

- Experience with financial reporting automation or dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Experience working cross-functionally between Finance and Operations teams

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Strong financial background with experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting

- Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills

- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear insights

- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
