Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Reporting Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, analytics, and business operations to join the team. This individual will play a key role in transitioning the company from Salesforce Classic into Salesforce Lightning.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing advanced SF reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions. Any candidates who have worked on a custom CRM / ATS platform are highly preferred. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and stakeholder communication skills to uncover meaningful trends, improve visibility, and drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce reporting and analytics solutions.

Migrate executive-level dashboards from SF Classic to SF Lightning to provide visibility into business performance, sales metrics, operational KPIs, forecasting, and customer insights.

Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions.

Develop custom reports, joined reports, matrix reports, and dashboard components within Salesforce.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.

Create and maintain KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and reporting governance standards.

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, BI teams, and business leaders to support enterprise reporting initiatives.

Optimize existing dashboards and reports to improve usability, performance, and adoption.

Provide thought leadership around Salesforce analytics best practices and reporting strategy.

Support ad hoc reporting requests and executive data analyses as needed.

Document reporting solutions and train end users on dashboard functionality and self-service reporting tools.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting architecture and dashboard design.

Strong understanding of SF data models, standard objects, and custom objects.

Salesforce Lightning.

Experience integrating SF with BI Tools: Tableau or Power Bi.

Ability to migrate dashboards, blend data, and understand reporting metrics.

Stakeholder management experience: explaining data trends to technical and non-technical teams (sales, marketing, leadership).

Good communication and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in a staffing or sales organization.

Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, or related.

CRM Analytics (Tableau) Certification.

Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
