Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Saviynt SME, you will lead technical delivery across Saviynt IAM implementation engagements, ensuring high-quality work products, stable operations, and timely execution. This role blends hands-on platform expertise with solution design, integration support, governance leadership, and stakeholder management. You will serve as a senior technical anchor for complex integrations, production readiness, issue resolution, and continuous platform improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Saviynt IAM solutions across development, test, and production environments.
· Design, build, configure, and support Saviynt integrations, connectors, workflows, and related platform enhancements.
· Own technical troubleshooting for platform issues, integration failures, workflow defects, and production incidents.
· Drive change governance processes including CAB participation, release planning, implementation approvals, and rollback readiness.
· Support production deployments and ensure operational controls, validation checks, and stabilization activities are in place.
· Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve dependencies and deliver enhancements.
· Coordinate with vendors and third parties to manage defects, fixes, timelines, and technical dependencies.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support guides, and implementation artifacts.
· Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen platform reliability, automation, and support efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of total experience, with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt integration or implementation environments.
· Proven experience supporting IAM implementations, preferably with Saviynt.
· Strong background in designing and supporting complex integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform customizations.
