Lead Power BI Architect

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Architect to lead reporting migration efforts associated with a large Oracle Fusion implementation. This individual will serve as the bridge between Data Engineering and BI, defining semantic model standards, determining what transformations belong upstream in Databricks and DBT versus Power BI, and driving reporting modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Define Power BI architecture and semantic model standards
• Lead complex financial reporting migrations
• Evaluate DAX versus DBT transformation strategies
• Optimize report and semantic model performance
• Guide BI developers through report migration activities
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on curated data layers
• Validate KPI and metric accuracy with business stakeholders
