Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support a large-scale voice transformation program focused on replacing legacy analog (POTS) lines with modern IP and cellular-based solutions across multiple locations. On a daily basis, they will maintain project trackers, validate and reconcile telecom inventory data, identify site contacts, coordinate site surveys, and schedule field technicians for installations. They will partner closely with project managers, vendors, network teams, and business stakeholders to ensure sites are progressing through the implementation process according to schedule.
Additional responsibilities include managing service and change requests within ServiceNow, coordinating equipment shipments, tracking implementation milestones, supporting network and firewall provisioning activities, and ensuring all required documentation and approvals are collected throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will also monitor installation and testing activities, coordinate site sign-offs, manage post-deployment hypercare activities, facilitate analog line disconnect requests, and maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and closure records to ensure successful site completion and operational handoff.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience coordinating telecom, network, infrastructure, or technology deployment projects
• Experience supporting multi-site project rollouts in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of analog/POTS lines and voice network technologies
• Experience managing service requests, change requests, and ticketing workflows within ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
• Strong experience with project tracking, reporting, and spreadsheet management
• Experience coordinating vendors, field technicians, and cross-functional technical teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with site contacts and business stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting analog-to-digital, voice transformation, or telecom migration projects
• Understanding of critical line services including fire alarms, security systems, elevator lines, gas meters, and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with telecom inventory management or telecom expense management platforms
• Exposure to LAN networking concepts such as switch ports, VLANs, IP addressing, and firewall whitelisting
• Experience working with field-service vendors or installation partners
• CAPM, PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or related project management certifications
