A medical device client in the Clear Lake area is looking for a Talen Acquisition Specialist to join their team. We are looking to engage a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team. The primary responsibilities for this role will include:
• Coordinating candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders (Outlook & Phenom (sits in workday))
• Managing candidate travel arrangements for domestic interviews (FCM)
• Supporting scheduling logistics and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Assisting with related administrative recruiting coordination activities as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• Talent Acquisition / HR / Administrative experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in managing complex scheduling across multiple calendars.
