Team members will play a key role in a high-visibility modernization initiative focused on data integration, advanced analytics, AI enablement, application development, and operational readiness. If you would like to join the team as a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
• Developing predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities that directly support system readiness and sustainment operations.
• Mining large data sets from enterprise systems and deployed platforms to uncover insights and operational trends.
• Building models that help anticipate maintenance needs, improve supportability, and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and Product teams to transform raw data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Helping shape future AI-enabled capabilities and advanced analytics features
Compensation: $85-105/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics
• Strong Python and SQL experience
• Experience developing machine learning and predictive analytics models
• Experience performing statistical analysis and data modeling
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience building AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Experience supporting operational, logistics, sustainment, or readiness analytics
• Experience leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-driven analytics capabilities
• Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or sustainment environments
