Insight Global is seeking a IT Project Manager for one of our clients. This individual will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support the organization's business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT projects from inception through completion, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. This person will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving continuous process improvements and mentoring junior project team members.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5-10 years of progressive IT Project Management experience with a proven record of delivering complex enterprise-level projects.
• Extensive experience utilizing both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing technical projects focused on:
• Application development
• System implementations
• Cloud migration initiatives
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Experience developing and managing project documentation including BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Project
- Asana
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of enterprise IT projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial goals are achieved.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements prioritization sessions utilizing frameworks such as MoSCoW methodology.
• Establish and manage formal change control processes, assessing impacts to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional team members while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
• Ensure all project activities align with organizational policies, quality standards, and governance requirements.
