Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Clerk Lead to support daytime operations. This role is responsible for pulling supply orders, managing inventory, and organizing items on the supply chain floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history, excellent attendance, and a close attention to detail.
Shift: Mon-Thurs, 3-11:30 pm (usually leave at 11)
Friday 1-9:30 pm
-every other weekend is Saturday and Sunday 7am-3:30pm
-Every week you have 1-2 days off
Shared Services Center Team Leads Expectations and Duties:
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift to plan and release the first wave so staff is ready to start their shift
Check with the previous shift leads for any information that is needed to know for the start of your shift
Ensure the staff that are scheduled are present and in their designated work area by their start time
Communicate and document any absences/performance/conduct issues to your supervisor
Run the workflow of the shift
Build and release waves
Totes are loaded
Replens are performed
Cycle counts are actioned
Board is cleared
Fails are cleared
Move staff from area to area to tackle heavy volume areas
Ensure staff are in a zone and are picking
Answer lead phone and assist handling customer needs. Check voicemails (code is 440)
Ensure the lead phone is charged for the next shift
Send an email within 30 minutes after a discussion with a department confirming issues (See SOW)
If shift is slow complete other duties assigned
Clean forward pick area
Cut stretch wrap in the forward pick
Gather empty boxes
Down stack/staircase pallets
Identify/pull expired items
Complete any stores and Replen

Required Skills & Experience
-at least 1 year of Work experience in stock or supply Chain
-Strong attendance record and reliability
-1 year of experience in a leadership position - lead or supervisor
-Must be able to pass a drug/background check. Requires Flu Vaccine
